Portal Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Southwest Virginia Chihuahua (“SWVA Chihuahua”) customer portal (“Portal”). This Portal is provided to help families complete paperwork, review puppy updates, access documents, and maintain clear communication.

1) Portal Access & Identity

You agree the information you submit is accurate and belongs to you.
Do not share your login or allow unauthorized access.
Portal records may be used as official communication and documentation.

2) Electronic Signatures

By signing within the Portal, you consent to electronic signatures and electronic delivery of records. Signed PDFs are retained in your Portal.

3) Communication

Portal Messages are the preferred method for written communication.
Urgent issues (same-day health emergencies) should be handled by phone and a veterinarian immediately.

4) Recordkeeping

Portal submissions and files may be retained for operational and legal recordkeeping. You can print/download your documents at any time.

5) Acceptable Use

No harassment, threats, or abusive content.
No attempts to access other users’ information.
Misuse may result in Portal access being revoked.

6) Limitations

The Portal is a convenience tool and may occasionally be unavailable. SWVA Chihuahua is not responsible for losses caused by internet outages or third-party service interruptions.

7) Agreement

You acknowledge you have read and agree to these terms. This agreement is effective on the signature date below.
